Why we give.
Jesus taught that money leads our hearts in one of two directions. Either it will lead them toward God and his abundance or ourselves and our scarcity. Whether systematic or spontaneous, we give to engage life from God’s abundance. It’s one way we love Jesus and our neighbors here, near, and far.
